Classes Forming

Please read below and select the classes you would like to join and select the available times you can join us. When the class fills, we will contact you with the dates and times to come for class!

Times/Days Available: Tuesday-Thursday, 10 - 2pm, Thursday 6 – 9pm, Saturday 10 - 4pm

Intro to Ceramics - Learn the ins and outs of ceramic painting! Work with greenware, handling and cleaning it and then paint your greenware piece. Also included is a bisque piece that you paint with underglazes and learn techniques and brush strokes. Starter kit included has cleaning tools, brush and instructional material. 4 hour class - $35

Cock-A-Doodle-Do! He’s the cock of the walk, but you can make him king of your kitchen! This wonderful rooster is easily created with drybrushing techniques using stains. No firing necessary! Includes large Rooster in 3 different styles. 4-6 hour class - $35

Ain't That Just Froggy - This great wall frog is created with simple brush strokes, some crystal glazes and your imagination! Choose from the wall frog or wall gecko and create some garden flare! $25

Textured and Torn - Learn the simple, but fantastic effect of ripping and tearing your greenware to make unique designs! We will also add texture to your vase using an everyday household product and create an outstanding piece of art. After firing to bique your item is ready to be glazed and select from some unique glazes to color your piece. 2 part class $35

The One that Got Away! - This wonderful hanging assortment of fish is surely proof that these are not the ones that got away! 3 fish painted in glazes and tied to their fish lines makes a wonderful gift for dad or simply hanging on the patio! Learn how to layer glazes to get different effects! 4 hr class - $25

Ornament Platter - Beautiful large bread platter decorated in Christmas ornament balls and leaves. Decorated with underglazes and french dimensions you can easily create these for christmas gifts or put all your family members names on each ornament for those christmas cookies to sit in! This class is 2 - 4 hr classes or 1 - 6 hr class - $30

It's Diva Time! - This 15inch round plate clock makes a wonderful edition to any kitchen diva's decoration! Customize it with your diva's name and watch the time fly! This plate sits nicely in a plate stand which is included. 2 part class - $40

Catfish! - What's inside? the cats are inside..the fish! This medium fish platter is decorated in a unique watercolor method using a variety of styles to create this nice plate that is safe for serving dishes or just for decoration! $25

Spritzed! - This magnificent vase is created with fabulous courtyard glazes and creates a wonderful design look. This vase is about 24inches tall and can be accented with floral sprays or even a nice outdoor decoration. You will be amazed at the variety of designs you can achieve with the spritzed technique combined with courtyard glazes. $45

Slipping Down the Trail - Learn to add some pizazz to your pieces by slip trailing your designs! $30

Stoneware - Pizza Pan Diva - Yes the Kitchen Diva is back and shes cooking up some great pizza on this stoneware pizza plate. Customize this plate with the diva's name and use it for every football game to cook up some great pizza at home! Who's needs delivery! Stoneware plate is food and oven safe and makes a great gift for any kitchen guru. $35

Cat of 9 Oclock Tails! - The kitties say its feeding time, but there is 1 for each hour of the day! This 10inch round plate is a cute clock that is easily hung and makes a nice edition to any cat lovers home! $25

Decals - So who has the time and patience, or the artistic ability to draw all those intricate details floral designs and portraits? You may be a fabulous artist, but someone out there knew not all of us were, and create simple to use decals! Choose from hundreds of pictures and patterns and designs and learn the simple technique of decal applications to create fast and beautiful ceramic pieces. $25

Fantasy Cat - This wonderful cat combines methods of pottery paints, airbrushing, underglazes and your touch of fantasy and create this fantasy cat! It makes a great outside statue, as well as a great indoor decoration! Choose from 5 different cat styles! 2 part class $35

Mosaic Design - Create this fabulous mosaic design, without all the small pieces! Beautiful round plate makes wonderful mosaic piece painted in underglazes. 2 part class $35

Meet the Frankensteins! - Come on over to the Frankensteins and meet Mr. Frankie, Mrs. Frankie and Frankie Jr! These great Halloween statues make great Halloween decor and you will learn the great effect of drybrushing! This class usually takes 3 classes to complete, but what wonderful family of fright you get! $75

Turkey Time! - Will your guest know which turkey is the one to eat! Of course, because this turkey looks too good to eat! This large turkey makes a beautiful table edition when painted in a variety of glazes. 2 part class - $40

Christmas Tree Class - Get ready for Christmas! Wonderful ceramic trees make great Christmas decorations as well as gifts. Why put up that bulky, messy tree, when your ceramic tree is ready to go! You can create large or medium size trees in different styles, choose from several glazes colors and effects, and fill your tree with plastic bulbs in several styles and colors and receive a light kit as well! Large tree $75, Medium tree $60 2 part class.

Decorate Your Tree with These! - Christmas ornaments are truly unique when handmade by you. Rather you hang them on your tree or give as gifts, handmade ceramic ornaments create a lasting Christmas memory. Each year add to your ornament collection, each class creates 5 different ornament styles using different techniques and glazes. $25 Porcelain $40

Making Mojalica! - A unique technique to create beautiful effects; learn the art of mojalica in this wonderful vase piece! The process of mojalica is centuries old, yet not as popular today in the ceramic arts. $35

China Painting - Beautiful porcelian art painted with China paints. Create this beautiful roman lady bust and learn techniques in porcelain painting and using china paints. $45

Clay Handbuilding - Each Tuesday is handbuilding with Susie! For starter students, the clay is $9.95 and we have a beginner's kit for $10. So begin learning the fascinating techniques of building your own clay masterpieces! Each class is $10 each visit and the cost of any additional supplies, paints and firing.

Mold Pouring - Got molds? Got Slip? Now what? Come and see mold pouring in action, and learn about handling fresh greenware and attachments, how to store your slip and your pouroff, and most importantly how to care for your molds! $20

Simple lace Drape - Creating lacey dress on a premade dress form! Learn the lace draping concept on a simple form before moving onto the advanced lace drap dolls! Simple, but elegant!

Porcelain Dolls - learn the doll making techniques with these beautiful porcelain dolls
